Job Summary
Deliver personalized in-home care to seniors by managing activities of daily living, preparing meals, and handling light housekeeping tasks. Assist clients with grocery shopping, running errands, and maintaining their autonomy while communicating directly with the care management team. Provide basic care for clients in autonomous, semi-autonomous, and total care conditions across the Montreal region.
Required Qualifications
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- References from past employers, colleagues, and acquaintances
- French and English
- PAB Diploma
- PDSB and CPR
- Ability to reliably travel to client homes and office location(s)
- Ability to safely perform client transfers with weight-bearing requirements, contingent upon client condition and needs
- Ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday
