Job Summary
Deliver personalized in-home care to seniors by managing activities of daily living and maintaining client autonomy. Assist with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and light housekeeping including dishes and laundry. Communicate directly with the care management team at head office while supporting clients in autonomous, semi-autonomous, and total care conditions. Work flexible full-time, part-time, live-in, or overnight shifts in Île-Bizard, QC, with competitive compensation and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- References from past employers, colleagues, and acquaintances
- French and English
- PAB Diploma
- PDSB and CPR
- Ability to reliably travel to client homes and office location(s)
- Ability to safely perform client transfers with weight-bearing requirements, contingent upon client condition and needs
- Ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday
