IL Facility Needs a Locums Cardiac Anesthesia

Conduct cardiac anesthesia coverage in a busy hospital setting, managing TAVR, CABG, valve repair/replacement, ascending arch, and TEEs. Perform regional anesthesia for high ortho volume cases and handle trauma scenarios including OB and peds. Provide non-cardiac services when the cardiac operating room is unavailable. Work M-F from 7 am to 5 pm with a call rotation of approximately two weeknights weekly and one to two weekends monthly, requiring two to six hearts per week. Trauma experience is required. Assignment details and time entry are completed via an online portal. Paid malpractice insurance, pre-paid travel and housing, and competitive compensation are provided. 24-hour access to a Weatherby Healthcare consultant is available.
