Conduct cardiac anesthesia coverage in a high-volume facility with 14 operating rooms, managing a wide case mix including cardiac, trauma, OB, neuro, and ortho procedures. Work 10-hour days Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5 pm, with a 1:4 rotating call ratio where the first call is in-house followed by beeper calls. Complete a 24-hour in-house call followed by the next day off, ensuring 10 guaranteed hours daily. This assignment requires adult population experience and cardiac comfort, with fellowship or TEE certification preferred though not mandatory.
