Job Summary
Senior Living Activity Assistant responsibilities include hosting daily activities and interactive sessions for residents, transporting residents using the community vehicle, educating and training team members on personalized activity opportunities, warmly welcoming residents on move-in, decorating common areas for events, documenting activities with attendance and photos, and ensuring compliance with residents’ rights. The role requires a compassionate spirit for senior care, 1+ year of experience in a similar role, a valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and strong communication abilities. Training and career-growth opportunities are provided; full-time position with a focus on consistent schedules.
