Job Summary
Lead and oversee the Kitchen production area under the Kitchen Production Manager, forecast and purchase food and goods, monitor man-hours rosters, supervise co-workers, optimize waste management and portioning for efficiency, ensure HACCP and safety compliance, assist in menu implementation and launches, develop and coach team members, and leverage cost/resource management skills in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Requires 3+ years of leadership in kitchen operations and proficiency in MS Office; 1-year contract based in Singapore with in-person responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in fast-paced, high-volume kitchen operations
- Proven leadership abilities and ability to manage cost and resource effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience in supervising and developing a diverse team
- Knowledge of HACCP/safety and sanitation regulations; ability to implement food safety procedures and menus
