IIT Endpoint Management Specialist (m/w/d)

Job Summary
Manage and administer enterprise-wide endpoint management solutions, including Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM, to plan software, OS, update, and patch deployment for Windows clients. Ensure a stable, secure, and high-performance workplace environment by analyzing, troubleshooting, and implementing lasting fixes for hardware, software, and OS issues. Automate and optimize IT processes using PowerShell scripts while supporting security measures, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint hardening. Collaborate with global IT teams on international projects such as Windows migrations and device modernization programs across production and office areas, including on-call rotation support.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Client-, Endpoint- oder Workplace-Management
- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM sowie Windows Client Management
- Erfahrung in der Softwareverteilung, Betriebssystembereitstellung und im Patch-Management
- Kenntnisse in der Automatisierung mit PowerShell
- Verständnis für IT-Sicherheitsstandards sowie Endpoint-Security-Konzepte
- Erfahrung im IT-Support sowie in der Analyse komplexer IT-Störungen
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Teams
- Rufbereitschaft zur Sicherstellung des IT-Betriebs
Desired Qualifications
- Routine im Umgang mit Microsoft Azure, Azure Arc oder vergleichbaren Cloud-Technologien von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM sowie Windows Client Management
