Job Summary
Operate heavy equipment vehicles to spread and compact construction, demolition, soil remediation, and waste materials at collection facilities and job sites. Conduct routine equipment inspections, perform preventative maintenance, and maintain accurate records while moving raw materials and finished components. Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures to ensure efficient project completion and minimize risks. Work in both indoor and outdoor conditions, including inclement weather, as part of a team that may rotate between job sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located
- 3+ years experience operating heavy equipment
- Proficient in operating the minimum required equipment at an expert level based on site operations, which may include: Tipper, ADTs, Compactors, Various Small Equipment (such as skid steers, tractors, water truck), Dozer, Excavator, Wheel Loader
- Valid driver's license may be required Upon Hire
- Must strictly comply with all safety rules and protocols
- Must be subject to drug and alcohol testing—including pre‐employment screening, post‐incident evaluations, reasonable suspicion checks, and random testing
