Job Summary
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA in home settings, implementing individualized ABA programs for children with ASD and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include data collection, implementing skill acquisition programs targeting communication/social/adaptive/academic behaviors, following behavior reduction protocols, generalizing skills across environments, using reinforcement and prompting per the treatment plan, maintaining BACB-aligned professional conduct, participating in ongoing training and supervision, and communicating effectively with clients, families, and the clinical team. Flexible schedule with compensation based on experience, and opportunities for growth toward RBT certification.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required with 3 years of experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
- RBT certification (preferred but not required at time of hire; required within 90 days of employment if applicable)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes or centers as needed
- Must pass background checks, including criminal history and abuse registry screenings
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, bend, kneel, and sit on the floor for extended periods
