Job Summary
Design & Development: Lead the design and implementation of complex ETL workflows to extract data from disparate sources (relational databases, APIs, flat files, cloud storage) and extract/load from/to Oracle HCM Cloud. Performance tuning: Monitor and optimize ETL jobs and SQL queries to maximize system performance and minimize processing windows. Data Governance: Implement data quality checks, validation rules, and error-handling routines to ensure accuracy and reliability of corporate data. Collaboration: Maintenance & Support: Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues with root-cause analysis and long-term technical solutions. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for ETL processes, data mappings, and technical workflows.
