Job Summary
Master assembly line processes and operate relevant inspection equipment while troubleshooting production issues and ensuring efficiency meets cycle time requirements. Read technical drawings to guide assembly tasks and resolve general equipment faults. This internship supports Magna Powertrain's global team in developing smarter, cleaner, and safer powertrain systems for the automotive industry.
Required Qualifications
- 中专及技校以上学历
- 机械加工或制造岗位工作经验
- 熟练掌握本岗位生产工艺及装备
- 能解决生产中存在的问题
- 能够熟练使用本岗位相关的各类检测器具
- 对设备结构有清晰的认知
- 对一般性设备故障能够做出判断
- 生产效率满足节拍要求
- 能够看懂工艺图纸
- 具备熟练的操作技术
- 具有较强的责任心

- 如有相关工作经验或者表现优异，或应届毕业生表现优异者，以上任职资格要求可适当放宽
