Job Summary
Conduct person-centered support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, implementing individual goals through teaching, encouragement, and coaching. Train clients in independent living skills including banking, budgeting, shopping, and household organization while providing transportation and advocacy for medical appointments and community activities. Collaborate with families, case managers, and team members to align supports with Individual Plans, ensuring strict confidentiality of protected health information and accurate financial recordkeeping. Maintain compliance with agency policies and complete mandated reports for SSI/DSS entitlements. This weekend, part-time role at United Cerebral Palsy of Eastern CT in Groton, CT requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and CPR/First Aid certification.
Required Qualifications
