IHR/PRN Registered Nurse-Delnor Neurology Med Surg Unit As Needed Nights

Conduct patient care on the Delnor Neurology Med Surg Unit as needed nights, collecting data, developing individualized plans, and evaluating progress toward outcomes. Direct care delivery by determining appropriate utilization of assistants, collaborating with physicians and ancillary staff, and documenting patient responses to interventions. Participate in shared governance, committee work, and unit projects while utilizing research findings to guide practice decisions. Minimum commitment includes four 12-hour shifts (7p-7:30a) within a six-week period, with two weekend shifts required. BSN and current Illinois RN license are required, along with AHA BLS certification.
