Job Summary
Examine purchase orders and raise vendor queries for clarification or corrections. Review Material Declarations and Supplier Declarations of Conformity to ensure adequacy and compliance, coordinating with vendors for timely resubmission. Maintain operational records and process fleet documentation to guarantee data accuracy and adherence to established procedures. Assist during site supervision of recycling projects and ship visits. Requires Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture or Mechanical Engineering with at least one year of experience, including preferred marine on-site project background. Based in Hong Kong, this shore-based role supports the division's maintenance and marine projects within a global ship management network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of science, BE (Naval Arch, Mechanical)
- Minimum 1 years working experience
- Office 365
- Auto CAD
- Ability to work with AI-assisted tools and validate data accuracy
- IHM Maintenance
- Non Destructive Testing
- Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement
- Good business communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to review technical compliance documents
