Job Summary
Provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client's home to treat a youth's behavioral needs. Support caregivers by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication. Deliver competent mental health services to individuals and families experiencing varying levels of difficulties due to life situations or mental health concerns. This role offers supervision for independent licensure and opportunities to expand skillsets for already licensed clinicians. The position requires a Master's degree, valid driver's license, and access to high-speed secure internet and a laptop. Compensation ranges from $50 to $70 per hour for fee-for-service or $64,000 to $72,000 annually for full-time roles. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related human services field
- Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
- Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
- Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
- Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
