Job Summary
Deliver structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client's home to treat youth behavioral needs and support caregivers in understanding children's patterns. Explore behavior patterns and improve communication while providing consistent, consistent therapeutic care. This role offers Full-Time or Fee-for-Service hours with a summer schedule featuring early Friday closures from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Compensation ranges from $64,000 to $72,000 annually plus incentive rates, alongside benefits including tuition reimbursement, supervision for licensure, and mileage reimbursement. Applicants must hold a Master's degree with at least one year of experience working with children and families in home or community settings.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
- Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Access to secured high speed internet
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders
- Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum
- Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish
