Job Summary
Greet, present, and incentivize prospective and current owners to attend sales-preview tours while maintaining an 80% time-in-sales standard. Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets, screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines, and make sales-tour reservations to collect required deposits. Work in person within the resort environment, attending scheduled training sessions and department meetings to review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually. Maintain minimum production standards using clear communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices
Desired Qualifications
- Sales and/or marketing experience
- 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience
- Experience equivalent to the education requirement
