IGM Clinical Genomics Variant Analyst I

Identify, classify, and document genomic variants following practice guidelines under the direction of Laboratory Directors and Variant Scientists. Analyze and interpret genomic data to identify genetic variants that may contribute to disease, collaborate with the clinical laboratory team, maintain accurate records, stay current with genomics research, and communicate findings to clinical leadership. Participate in quality control/quality assurance to ensure reliable results, and demonstrate strong analytical, writing, and communication skills while managing multiple projects with attention to deadlines.
