Job Summary
Live Studio Supervisor responsible for overseeing live-streaming casino operations, ensuring compliance with multi-state Gaming Commission Regulations and Playtech Live policies, supervising Live Dealers and Shufflers, addressing technical or guest escalations, and supporting the Site Manager to maintain a professional, compliant, high-energy environment in Playtech's Atlantic City live studio.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a New Jersey Gaming License and a West Virginia Casino Employee Registration
- Age: Must be 21 years of age or older
- Experience: at least 1 year of Supervisory and Customer Service experience
- Software Proficiency: Microsoft Excel
- Technical Ability: deal, sort, shuffle, and count cards, and operate gaming equipment
