Job Summary
Provide customer support and troubleshooting for the IFS ERP Finance modules; identify and analyse functional or configuration issues within Finance, collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, document and maintain support processes and knowledgebase articles, stay updated on features, and offer recommendations for system improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 2–3 years of experience with IFS ERP
- Good understanding of IFS Finance modules and their configuration
- Basic to intermediate understanding of core accounting principles (GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, reporting)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently and adapt to a dynamic environment
