IFRS Compliance Analyst

Job Summary
Conduct ongoing analysis of IFRS 15 impacts to support business profitability and decision-making. Review and validate system-generated IFRS revenue allocations within RevPro, perform financial reviews of standalone and bundled customer contracts, and maintain the RevPro system including support for new product implementations and bundle rules. Manage fair value calculations for all Performance Obligations and own the maintenance of Standalone Selling Prices and monthly IFRS 15 business impacts. Develop automated reporting solutions using Power BI and Salesforce, partner with external providers for system enhancements, and lead projects to drive process improvements and automation. Provide guidance to global Revenue and Finance teams on revenue recognition and compliance while coaching junior members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, revenue recognition, or related functions
- Strong knowledge of IFRS revenue recognition principles, particularly IFRS 15, SOX controls, and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to assess and communicate the financial impact of IFRS 15 across different business segments
- Experience preparing accounting reports and schedules for management and compliance reporting purposes
- Ability to develop and automate reporting solutions using Power BI, Salesforce, and other analytical tools
- Ability to manage complex projects and processes

- Ability to monitor and validate the accuracy of scalable deal processing and revenue outcomes

- Ability to maintain and enhance RevPro, including support for the implementation of new products, services, bundle rules, and SSP templates
- Ability to partner with external providers, including Zuora (RevPro Support), to drive system and reporting enhancements
