Job Summary
Support participants facing barriers to disability, injury, or unemployment by coaching them toward job-readiness, refining resumes, and facilitating training access. Actively market candidates to employers through cold calls, visits, and face-to-face engagement to generate placements, while building a pipeline of local businesses for sustainable pathways. Negotiate job trials, work experience, and wage subsidies to secure outcomes, and drive performance against KPIs for placements, engagement, and activity levels. Manage compliance, documentation, and data entry while maintaining strong relationships with both participants and employers. Available full-time Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- A MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willing to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Desired Qualifications
- Experienced in sales, business development, recruitment, or customer-facing roles
- Funded Certificate IV in Community Services or Mental Health Peer Support (eligibility criteria applies)
