Job Summary
Support participants facing barriers to disability, injury, or unemployment to become job-ready by coaching them on resumes, interview skills, and job search strategies. Actively market candidates to employers through cold calls, visits, and face-to-face engagement to generate placements and convert opportunities. Build strong relationships with local businesses to create sustainable employment pathways, pitch candidates confidently, and negotiate job trials and wage subsidies. Drive outcomes by advocating on behalf of participants, tracking progress, and maintaining a pipeline of engaged employers. Achieve KPI targets across placements and activity levels while managing compliance and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- A MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willing to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Desired Qualifications
- Experienced in sales, business development, recruitment, or customer-facing roles
- Funded Certificate IV in Community Services or Mental Health Peer Support (eligibility criteria applies)
