Job Summary
Coach participants to be job-ready, assist with resumes and interview preparation, and advocate on their behalf to secure placements. Actively market candidates to employers through cold calls, visits, and face-to-face engagement to build a pipeline of opportunities. Negotiate job trials and wage subsidies while managing compliance, documentation, and KPI tracking. Achieve targets across placements, engagement, and activity levels within the Inclusive Employment Australia Program.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- A MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willing to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
