Job Summary
Support participants facing barriers such as disability or long-term unemployment to become job-ready by coaching them on resumes, interview strategies, and upskilling opportunities. Actively market candidates to employers through cold calls, visits, and face-to-face engagement to generate placements and build a pipeline of local businesses. Negotiate job trials, work experience, and wage subsidies while advocating on behalf of participants to secure sustainable employment outcomes. Manage compliance, documentation, and data entry to track performance against KPIs and achievement targets. Available Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- A MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willing to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Desired Qualifications
- Experienced in sales, business development, recruitment, or customer-facing roles
- Funded Certificate IV in Community Services or Mental Health Peer Support (eligibility criteria applies)
