Job Summary
Support participants to become job-ready, actively market candidates to employers, and build strong employer relationships to create sustainable employment pathways. The role balances people support with proactive employer engagement, overseeing resumes, interview preparation, job-search strategies, training access, and securing job placements while tracking progress toward KPIs and maintaining compliance. The position involves coaching participants, facilitating access to upskilling opportunities, conducting employer outreach (cold calls, visits, face-to-face engagement), and advocating for inclusive recruitment to help participants achieve employment outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- A MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willing to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
