Job Summary

Support participants with disability to become job-ready by coaching them on resumes, interview preparation, and job search strategies. Actively market candidates to employers through cold calls, visits, and face-to-face engagement to generate new opportunities. Build strong relationships with local businesses to create sustainable employment pathways and negotiate job trials, work experience placements, and wage subsidies. Drive employment outcomes by advocating on behalf of participants, pitching their skills to meet employer needs, and influencing hiring decisions. Manage compliance, documentation, and data entry while tracking performance against KPIs and achieving placement targets. Work full-time Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with eligibility to work in Australia and a current driver's license required.

Required Qualifications

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Willing to complete a National Police Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
