Idyllic private urology practice in Honolulu, Hawaii seeks to welcome an additional urologist to join four established physicians in a group that has grown to five. The practice treats a full spectrum of urologic conditions including urologic oncology, stone disease, BPH, female urology, and male fertility, and offers open, laparoscopic, and robotic surgical techniques. The state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center provides MRI Fusion biopsy for prostate cancer, UroLift for BPH, and SpaceOAR for radiation oncology patients, along with outpatient cystoscopies and urodynamic evaluations. Residents and fellows are welcome to apply. Mentorship is readily available, including robotics.Clinic days are three per week with OR block time available. The ASC is part of the practice with ancillary income opportunities. Compensation is discussed with candidates, with sign-on and relocation offered, as well as benefits, malpractice coverage, and PTO. The opportunity supports a partnership from Day One with a 50/50 payor mix (50% Commercial, 50% Medicare) and a dedicated call arrangement.
