Job Summary
Respond to requests for general information regarding Zander Identity Theft Protection and guide clients through the process of protecting their loved ones from identity theft. Sell and/or upgrade IDT Coverage by offering enhanced Identity Theft Protection plans and assisting with upgrades to ensure comprehensive coverage. Answer questions regarding possible data breaches while taking inbound and making outbound phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting current customers with updating their payment and contact information. Work Monday through Friday from 10am to 7pm with a hybrid schedule allowing telecommute on occasion.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or sales
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Ability to work from home on occasion
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, writing and verbally in person, via email, video meetings and telephone
- Ability to communicate effectively via telephone for extended periods of time, up to 7 hours per day
- Ability to pay attention, listen actively, analyze problems and evaluate options, focused on task, multi-task, decision making, and engage appropriately
- Ability to appropriately handle stress in a fast-paced environment and interact appropriately with others
- Ability to sit & stand for extended periods of time up to 7 hours per day
- Ability to walk up and down stairs
- Consistent attendance during normal working hours within a standard 40-hour workweek
