Job Summary
Conduct all-source Identity Intelligence-focused targeting analysis and produce intelligence products supporting global missions. Develop target packages for network analysis to identify lethal and non-lethal engagement targets by researching operational traffic and all-source intelligence databases. Identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of enemy organizations, analyze trends, patterns, and key nodes, and highlight relationships within targeted networks. Provide analytical products for target prioritization to enable DoD, IA, and IC efforts focused on dismantling and defeating threat networks. Support embedded teammates and answer requests from SOF units while coordinating support packages for operational requirements. Requires TS/SCI clearance, six years of experience, and up to 50% rotational deployment to the Continental US.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Minimum of 6 years AND a degree (10 years without) including intelligence analysis with a focused-on identities and/or networks
- Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) training as 31D, 311D, 35F, 350F, 35D, 18F, 180A or DoD joint service equivalent
- An understanding of intelligence requirements for both lethal and non-lethal targeting
- Familiarity with ICD standards for intelligence production and the ability to prepare target support products
- Knowledge of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle, and intelligence analytical techniques including trend and pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, link analysis and network or social network analysis
- Foundational understanding of the targeting tradecraft to incorporate trend and pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, network link diagrams and pattern of like (POL) analysis
