Job Summary
Identity Governance & Administration Analyst responsible for ensuring data integrity of user identity, coordinating with application teams to validate extracts, and maintaining governance policies for identity and access management. Focus areas include regulatory compliance (SOX, SOC), audit responsiveness, KPI monitoring, and collaboration with technical/business teams to optimize governance processes. Responsibilities include implementing governance standards, maintaining documentation, training teams on policies, and mitigating access-management risks while upholding company values and safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA) from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent education/experience
- Minimum of three years experience in identity management & administration (IAM/IGA)
- Familiarity with SOX processes and IT General Controls (ITGC)
- Understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud security
- Advanced proficiency with IAM/IGA applications and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work with auditors and provide documentation for compliance audits
- Ability to coordinate access reviews and identify gaps in governance processes
