Job Summary
Identity Developer to support the build and configuration of SailPoint IdentityIQ-based Identity Governance solutions. Responsibilities include configuring SailPoint IdentityIQ features (access requests, certifications, lifecycle states), developing and maintaining basic to intermediate custom IIQ rules and workflows, onboarding applications (connector configuration and attribute mapping), provisioning and reconciliation, integration and unit testing, defect resolution, and maintaining delivery documentation. Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies. Must have 2–4 years in IAM, 1–2+ years with SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar IAM platforms, foundational development or scripting skills, and understanding of identity lifecycle and access governance concepts. Australian citizens with active security clearance and willingness to work onsite 5 days a week are required. The employer highlights progressive benefits and inclusive workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years’ experience in IAM, security engineering, or related roles
- 1–2+ years’ experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, or strong experience with similar IAM platforms
- Foundational development or scripting experience
- Understanding of identity lifecycle and access governance concepts
- Willingness to work onsite 5 days a week
- Australian Citizenship with active security clearance - Baseline, NV1 or higher
