Job Summary
Drive enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture, engineering, and automation for Finance of America's IAM program. Establish technical standards, lead design reviews, and define the engineering roadmap while serving as the primary subject matter expert and escalation point for complex IAM issues. Design and maintain scalable solutions across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and cloud platforms, leading initiatives in Role-Based Access Control, Identity Governance, and Zero Trust. Implement automation using PowerShell and APIs to reduce manual effort, integrate HR and ITSM systems, and ensure all controls align with regulatory and audit requirements. Partner with Security, Infrastructure, and Compliance teams to drive organizational maturity and deliver secure, efficient identity services.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IAM, Identity Engineering, Cybersecurity Engineering, or related disciplines
- SC-300, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications
- Deep expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, authentication, federation, RBAC, and access governance
- Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience
- Experience evaluating or implementing Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions
- Experience designing enterprise IAM integrations using APIs and workflow platforms
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead enterprise technical initiatives
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with SailPoint, Omada, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra Suite, or similar IGA platforms
- Experience integrating HRIS and ITSM platforms into IAM workflows
- Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and identity security frameworks
- Bachelor's Degree or comparable qualifications
- Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
