Identity and Access Management Specialist (SailPoint / Saviynt)

Job Summary
Identity and Access Management Specialist role focusing on implementing, configuring, and supporting IAM solutions (prefer SailPoint ISC) with identity governance, lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, and RBAC. Responsibilities include designing and implementing integrations between ISC and target systems (Active Directory/Azure AD, Workday), configuring connectors and rules, troubleshooting production IAM deployments, and developing technical documentation. Requires strong foundational knowledge of operating systems, programming concepts, APIs, and databases; hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, LDAP, cloud platforms, and security concepts like least privilege and Zero Trust. Ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of IAM/IGA experience, a bachelor’s degree, and excellent client-facing communication skills. Nice-to-have: SSO/federation (SAML/OAuth/OpenID Connect), scripting (PowerShell/Python). Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience implementing Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or Identity Security solutions, preferably SailPoint (ISC), Saviynt, Entra ID
- Hands-on experience with identity lifecycle management, access certifications and compliance
- Experience integrating cloud-based IGA platforms with enterprise systems using REST APIs, JSON, Web services
- Strong understanding of directory services such as Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and SaaS applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including client-facing interactions
- Familiarity with SSO and federation concepts (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
- Exposure to scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python)
