Job Summary
Serve as the primary IAM advisor and escalation point for internal clients seeking guidance on access management, governance, and security control processes. Educate stakeholders on IAM policies, standards, and best practices while ensuring compliance with enterprise security requirements. Partner with business and technology teams to identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks, including Access Request Management, Access Reviews, and Security Point of Contact activities. Analyze client issues, resolve control gaps, and drive adherence to established security policies. Support audit and regulatory activities by providing documentation and operational expertise. Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization to enhance the effectiveness and scalability of IAM services.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of IAM experience
- strong understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts, processes, and controls
- Experience supporting Access Request Management (ARM)
- Experience supporting Access Reviews
- Experience supporting Security Point of Contact (SPOC)
- Experience supporting Role Based Access
- Experience supporting related access governance activities
