Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer

Job Summary
Administer and mature IAM platforms (Saviynt, Entra ID, Okta); onboard applications to IAM platforms; configure and maintain SSO; automate user provisioning and de-provisioning; develop and maintain role- and attribute-based access controls; collaborate with security, audit, and business units; drive IAM roadmaps and enhancements; provide reporting and documentation; support audits and compliance requirements across enterprise information systems. The role involves day-to-day IAM operations, troubleshooting, and engineering support, with opportunities to improve IAM solutions and enable proper access controls across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in information technology
- 3+ years IAM-related experience
- Strong oral communication and writing skills
- Ability to collaborate across business units
- Proficient knowledge of IAM concepts
- Experience with authentication methods
- Least Privilege Access
- Experience integrating with account and access management technologies
- APIs, SCIM
- IGA Platform Management
- Experience with federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OIDC
- Experience with access certifications
- Experience with role- and attribute-based access controls
- Experience with Entra ID, Okta, Saviynt (preferred)
