Identity & Access Managment Engineer (m/w/d)

Conduct technical conception and further development of Identity & Access Management Services with a focus on Entra ID. Design target architectures for evolving hybrid AD structures into a cloud-first identity platform, implementing modern authentication and authorization concepts such as Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, and Zero Trust. Automate and optimize IAM processes including provisioning, lifecycle management, and governance while integrating applications under security-by-design principles. Handle incidents, requests, and changes within ITIL processes and advise internal IT teams on secure cloud identity utilization. Create technical concepts, guidelines, and architecture blueprints for the future cloud IAM landscape. Requires four years of experience in Identity & Access Management with Microsoft Entra ID, deep understanding of cloud identity architectures, and proficiency in PowerShell or Graph API. Based in Berlin, this role offers an unbefristete position in full-time or part-time with 80% office presence.
