Job Summary
Identity & Access Manager responsible for leading a geographically diverse IAM team and shaping a multi-year IAM strategy, overseeing governance, SSO/MFA, privileged access, and lifecycle automation across on-prem and cloud environments. Responsibilities include deploying and optimizing IAM platforms, ensuring secure configurations, collaborating with executives to align IAM with enterprise risk and digital transformation, monitoring industry/regulatory changes, defining KPIs, coordinating disaster recovery planning, incident response, and auditing readiness, and engaging with auditors to demonstrate regulatory compliance. Requires deep IAM technical mastery, experience with hybrid cloud environments, and certifications (CISSP/SANS preferred). In-person role based in Las Vegas at the corporate office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Assurance, MIS, or similar experience required
- CISSP and/or SANS certifications (GSE); CISM preferred
- 7–10+ years of cybersecurity experience with at least 5 years focused on IAM leadership and operations
- Experience with SailPoint IIQ or ISC as the Identity Security & Governance platform
- Experience operating in a multi-jurisdiction Gaming operations
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or multi-cloud IAM solutions
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, HITECH, CIS, SOC 2, and state privacy laws
