Job Summary
Operate and support SailPoint and Okta CIAM platforms while collaborating with Governance, Incident Response, and Engineering teams. Ensure IAM solutions align with established governance frameworks including SOX, GDPR, and PCI-DSS compliance standards. Stay current with IAM trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation. This role requires hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ/ISC and Okta/Auth0 for identity lifecycle management and secure customer access. Join the Information Security team at Toyota Financial Services to help create best-in-class customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of IAM experience
- must-have expertise in SailPoint
- must-have expertise in Okta /Auth0 CIAM
- Experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ/ISC
- deep expertise in Identity Governance
- deep expertise in automated provisioning/de-provisioning
- deep expertise in roles
- Experience in Okta/Auth0
- Experience in ForgeRock
- hands-on experience optimizing CIAM solutions for secure customer access
- Experience with access protocols: SAML
- Experience with access protocols: OAuth
- Experience with access protocols: OIDC
- Experience with access protocols: WebAuthN
- Strong troubleshooting skills across IAM platforms
- Knowledge of SOX
- Knowledge of GDPR
- Knowledge of PCI-DSS
- alignment of IAM processes with audit requirements
- Experience with ITIL
- Experience with Lean
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow)
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Okta Workforce SSO/MFA
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field
- IAM certifications (e.g., SailPoint BA, ISC2 SSCP, CISSP Associate)
- Experience integrating IAM with AWS or Azure
