Job Summary
Maintain and configure IAM tools while troubleshooting with vendors, administering user management, roles, and attributes, and creating interfaces to target systems. Develop automation scripts and translate customer requirements into our environment to provide tailored solutions. Support audits through process design, documentation, and verification, while participating in international and national IAM projects across six European offices. Requires minimum 5 years of IAM experience, proficiency in SQL and DB2, and fluency in English. Salary ranges from 56k€ to 78k€ with a hybrid work model. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IAM role or relevant experience
- Experience in an international, transnational business environment
- Strong knowledge of security and compliance requirements for IAM solutions
- Technical expertise in IAM, PAM, directory services, DB2, and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google)
- Hands-on experience with identity management solutions and hybrid IT infrastructures
- Proficiency in script development (SQL, DB2, batch files)
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to handle changing requirements
- Strong independence, self-organization, and coordination with various stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a complex, international environment and willingness to travel within Europe
- Fluency in written and spoken English
