Identity/Access Management Analyst II

Job Summary
IAM Analyst II leads identity governance activities, implements access provisioning architecture, models RBAC/ABAC, and drives automation initiatives to support zero-trust and regulatory compliance. The role involves design and maintenance of joiner/mover/leaver workflows, access certification campaigns, and collaboration with IT, HR, and application owners to define provisioning logic. The candidate should have deep experience with IAM technologies (e.g., Sailpoint, CyberArk, MFA, SSO), directory services (Active Directory, Azure AD), and strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex IAM issues, provide L2 support via ServiceNow, and engage with business units and leadership in a remote work environment with high autonomy and occasional after-hours on-call participation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Identity and Access Management 3-5 years
- Experience with host and application configurations, on- and off-premise solutions
- Directory services (e.g., AD, Azure AD)
- L2 support via ServiceNow
- Knowledge of IAM concepts, zero trust
- Experience with IAM technologies (IGA platforms like Sailpoint, PAM like CyberArk, MFA, SSO)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work remotely with high autonomy
- On-call rotation
