Job Summary
Manage the care team through integration and coordination, while overseeing personalized accompaniment projects for residents. Act as a resource professional to maintain strong links with families and drive continuous improvements in resident care quality. Participate in a monthly on-call rotation valued at a flat-rate allowance of 120 €.
