Job Summary
Load, unload, receive, store, and distribute inventory while safely operating a forklift or pallet jack. Cycle count stock, inspect items for wear or defects, and report findings to supervision. Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage during frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Stand for up to 12 hours to perform job-related tasks and use a handheld scanning unit for basic math and operational duties. Any other assigned tasks in this safety-sensitive warehouse environment are completed as directed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license (if operating a vehicle for Company purposes)
- Ability to use a handheld scanning unit
- Ability to compute basic math problems
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Ability to safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Good hand dexterity
- Physical strength
- Reliable team player
- Desire to work safely in a fast-paced environment
