Job Summary
Develop and implement strategic program and fiscal planning initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellence for Dungarvin's Washington State operations. Oversee the development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of programs while ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Hire, coach, mentor, and supervise up to seven direct reports, managing performance evaluations and professional development plans. Represent the organization at legislative meetings, industry forums, and stakeholder engagement activities to nurture relationships with government representatives and advocacy groups. Monitor key performance indicators and service metrics to maintain quality standards that exceed regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Special Education, or related field
- 5+ years of multi-site leadership experience in human services serving I/DD/IDD populations
- Experience managing HCBS and Medicaid-funded services, including group homes, supported living, residential programs, vocational/day services, children's residential programs, and housing stabilization programs
- 5+ years of financial management experience, including $20M+ budget oversight, P&L accountability, forecasting, and budget development
- Knowledge of ID, DD, IDD, ICF, CIIBS, MR, Medicaid Waivers, and regulatory compliance requirements
