Job Summary
IDD Program Manager provides direct supervision and leadership for Day Program Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals; oversees day habilitation programs, budgets, and coordination with guardians, professionals, and regulatory bodies; ensures program policies/compliance; leads staff development, recruitment, and scheduling; collaborates with operations, clinical staff, and partners to enhance quality of life for people supported; requires Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of progressive management experience; CPR/First Aid/NCI or MedTech certification a plus; position located in Kannapolis, NC with in-person responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of five (5) years progressive management experience
- CPR certification
- First aid certification
- NCI and/or MedTech certification
- Must be qualified as a Habilitation Technician II (med certified) or eligible to be so designated
- Must be at least 18 years of age
