Job Summary
IDD Group Homes Program Manager responsible for overseeing administrative, training, and personnel functions within an IDD group-home setting. Partners with clinical staff to standardize procedures, conduct quality assurance, and implement person-centered plans. Performs unit investigations for compliance and allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation; coordinates service development and oversight with the Administrator; takes rotating on-call responsibility; supervises IDD Residential Team Leaders, Direct Support Program Managers, Group Home Supervisors, and Direct Support Professionals; provides shift coverage during direct-support shortages; collaborates with clinical/professional staff to improve workflow and communication.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed
- CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification, a plus
