Job Summary
Develop and oversee Person-Centered Behavior Support Plans alongside Functional Behavioral Assessments for a specified caseload. Maintain all behavioral data, conduct psychological evaluations, and provide counseling and therapeutic support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Act as the liaison between day and residential programming to ensure consistency in behavioral planning across settings. Participate in service planning meetings, staff training sessions, and committee meetings while maintaining regular communication with service providers. Complete all required documentation, including monthly progress notes, ensuring compliance with OPWDD standards and HIPAA confidentiality. Model behavioral interventions and demonstrate teamwork within the department.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with varying degrees of intellectual/developmental disabilities a must
- Bachelor's degree with ample OPWDD experience considered
- BCBA or Master's Degree with OPWDD experience preferred
