Job Summary
Greet and seat guests, present menus, inform them of specials, and manage the wait list while recording accurate guest information and wait times. Observe tables to track occupancy, communicate guest needs with server staff, and assist in clearing tables as needed. Prepare beverages, expedite food orders, answer phone calls, and thank departing guests. Maintain a clean, organized host area by stocking menus and running the floor plan board. Available 10:00 am to 11:00 pm, this role supports OTL Restaurant Group's mission to create raving fans and maintain a fun, inviting atmosphere across Idaho, Arizona, and Colorado locations.
Required Qualifications
- Be 16 years of age
- Possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members
- Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
- Must be able to work unsupervised
- Must be available to work between the hours of 10:00 am to 11:00 pm
- Must be able to stand and work for up to 4 hours at a time
- Must be able to perform repetitive motion work without the assistance of restraints, braces or other incumbrances that limit range of motion or physical activity
- Must be able to lift, move and shelve products and materials weighing up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work in temperatures exceeding 85* for extended periods of time
- Be willing to follow direction and ask questions for clarification if needed
- Be able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
