Job Summary
Lead IT, HIM, or clinical informatics teams in rural Idaho hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations. Provide strategic and operational leadership for infrastructure, cybersecurity, EHR systems, and data governance. Oversee medical records, privacy compliance, vendor management, and technology planning to support safe, efficient patient care. Collaborate with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to modernize systems, improve workflows, and ensure accurate information management. This role connects you with current or upcoming leadership opportunities across Critical Access Hospitals, Federally Qualified Health Centers, and community healthcare systems throughout the state.
Required Qualifications
- Progressive experience in healthcare IT, information systems, HIM, medical records, clinical informatics, privacy, cybersecurity, or data management
- Previous leadership experience as a director, manager, supervisor, CIO, or comparable professional
- Experience with healthcare systems, EHR platforms, networks, data, privacy, or records management
- Knowledge of HIPAA, information security, health information regulations, or documentation standards
- Experience managing projects, vendors, budgets, implementations, or system upgrades
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-development skills
- Experience working with clinical, operational, and executive leaders
- Rural hospital, Critical Access Hospital, FQHC, public hospital district, long-term care, or community healthcare experience
- Relevant education, certification, or technical credentials based on the position
- A practical, collaborative, and service-focused leadership style

- Some opportunities may prefer credentials such as RHIA, RHIT, CHPS, CPHIMS, CISSP, PMP, or other healthcare information, privacy, security, or technology certifications
