Job Summary
Deliver audit support services end-to-end, including planning, fieldwork execution, documentation, and reporting while escalating complex issues. Review and ensure the quality and consistency of audit work performed by team members, preparing working papers and reports in line with firm and regulatory requirements. Support senior colleagues in stakeholder communication and monitor service delivery standards within defined project plans to meet deadlines. Allocate approximately 10% of time to supervising, guiding, and coaching less experienced colleagues, coordinating team activities and supporting ongoing capability development. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to audit delivery processes and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or Polytechnics, with a focus on accounting
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or audit activities
- Good understanding of Romanian Accounting Standards (RAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), as well as the Romanian business environment
- Prior experience in coordinating or managing teams
- Excellent English and Romanian, written and spoken
- Sound knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Self‐motivated, result‐oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative, professional services environment

Desired Qualifications
- Other European languages
- ACCA, CAFR, or similar certifications (in progress or completed)
- Experience in a shared service center or delivery environment
